Low-Cost Counselling:

Sophie is one of our trainee counsellors, she is currently studying for her diploma in therapeutic counselling.

Sophie has been working in Higher Education for many years and is now studying to become a counsellor. Sophie discovered Person Centred Therapy after having signed up for a Listening Skills course, the theory really resonated with her personal experiences. Sophie has studied Mindfulness and has practised yoga for many years.'

Victoria is a level 5 psychotherapeutic

associate counsellor for I’m all ears.

Her preferred style of counselling is

Person - Centred; however, as an integrative counsellor she utilises a range of disciplines dependent upon the nature of the clients presenting issue. Victoria is a registered member of the National counselling Society.

At I'm All Ears we appreciate how expensive counselling can be and it is often difficult to commit to the cost and time it takes to build that all important relationship with your counsellor or therapist.

Our fully qualified counsellor are all accredited by recognised counseling and therapy associations such as the NCS and BPAC.















A qualified counsellor has spent many

years  studying and working in clinical

practice to achieve their qualification, our Associated Counsellors have all achieved their fully qualified status and as part of their practice, offer low cost counselling to those who are in a position to pay for their therapy,

or anyone who would prefer to work with a qualified counsellor.












We charge £30 per session for low cost counselling, of which

10% goes towards ensuring that I'm All Ears can continue to

offer a high level of support to our local community through

our trainee counsellors. 


Mary is one of our

qualified level 5 Psychotherapeutic Counsellors. She was born in the UK but grew up in Zimbabwe.   In 2010, she relocated to England where she began work in the health care sector, before training as a counsellor.  Mary is an Integrative Counsellor and Therapeutic Hypnotherapist, and a member of  National Counselling Society, and National Hypnotherapy Society, and an accredited Anxiety UK counsellor.

                                                        Victoria is a fully qualified level 5 integrative counsellor and an I’m all ears Associate Counsellor.  She offers therapy to individual clients aged 12+ she is an Accredited member of the National Counselling Society, a member of BACP and  Associate of Co Parenting Matters.

One of the therapies she is able to offer is EFT, or Emotional Freedom Technique. This is a form of psychotherapeutic acupressure. By tapping on various pressure points in our body, we are able to not only release the issue, but also understand what our core belief is in life, and therefore understand these patterns, this "unknown" anxiety or fear/phobia.

She believes that everybody is an individual and the work with each client will be unique to their own life






                      Dawn is a qualified level 5 Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. Since qualifying, she has gained experience in working with people who have encountered trauma through her work with RASASC. In addition to this work, she is also employed as a Youth Counsellor, and this has enabled her to gain an understanding of the issues that young people face in modern life.Dawn is an Integrative Counsellor and a member of National Counselling Society, and an accredited Anxiety UK counsellor.

Sophie Hill

Emma is a qualified

Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.  Emma’s study’s focused on Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Relationship Counselling.  Emma’s approach is Integrative where she can draw upon different methods to suit the individual’s needs.  Emma is looking to specialise in counselling young people and joins I'm All Ears, whilst undertaking a Level 5 in this field.
