We started our journey in November 2017 at the Haslewey Centre in Haslemere, and we've since expanded to five locations in Surrey and East Hampshire.
I'm all ears provide a non-judgmental and confidential space for individuals seeking to offload their thoughts or access prompt counselling services. Our dedicated team is here to listen and support you in a safe environment. You are not alone, and we are committed to helping you navigate your journey.
OUR COUNSELLORS
Tracy Castell
Tracy is a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Supervisor, hypnotherapist & learning and development practitioner. She specialises in anxiety and depression in her own private practice, is a professional of National Counselling Society, an accredited Anxiety UK counsellor and is a founder of I'm All Ears.
Mary Goggin
Mary is one of our qualified level 5 Psychotherapeutic Counsellors. She was born in the UK but grew up in Zimbabwe. In 2010, she relocated to England where she began work in the health care sector, before training as a counsellor. Mary is an Integrative Counsellor and Therapeutic Hypnotherapist, and a member of National Counselling Society, and National Hypnotherapy Society, and an accredited Anxiety UK counsellor.
Richard
Evans
Richard is a qualified counsellor with a Level V Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. A member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, his overall approach is pluralistic, meaning that he uses a mix of person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behaviour therapy. On an individual basis, how he works is flexible, and is dependant on the presenting issue, the clients' goals for the therapy, and also which approach makes sense to the client.
His interest and desire to become a counsellor came from seeing the effects of trauma and stress during his thirty years working in the emergency services. He now enjoys being able to provide people with a safe space, a place where they can be who they really are, and explore whatever has brought them to counselling. He has a particular interest in the effects of trauma, as well as how manipulative and controlling personalities impact the people around them.
Sophie Hill
Sophie has worked in higher education for many years with students. After completing a Mental First Aider course realised mental health was something she felt passionate about so looked into further study and is now a fully qualified Therapeutic Counsellor specialising in Person Centred Therapy, an I'm All Ears Associate Counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. Sophie has also studied Mindfulness and practised yoga for many years.
Emma Constable
Emma is a qualified Associate Counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Counselling Theory and Practice, as well as a Level 5 qualification in counselling young people. As a registered member of BACP, she is dedicated to ongoing personal development and works closely with clients to create tailored strategies that meet their unique needs. Additionally, Emma serves as our assessor, handles our triage calls and is the first point of contact for all enquiries.
Cathy Wallace
Cathy is a student counsellor in her final year of a Level 4 postgraduate diploma in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling, and a youth counsellor for the NHS. Her approach is relational and often creative.

Cathy has completed extensive training in outdoor therapy and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

She works part-time in community development for a publicly-funded project helping people connect with the health and wellbeing benefits of woodlands.
Liz
Harris
Liz is a qualified Level 5 in Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice based in Haslemere.
Liz’s counselling journey started in 2019 qualifying with Level 3 Counselling Skills and Level 4 in Counselling Skills and Theory.
Her approach is pluralistic covering person centred, cognitive behavioural therapy and psychodynamic therapy. She is also a qualified drawing and talking practitioner, and a member of the National Counselling Society.
Liz currently works at a Prep School in Godalming as a Learning Support and Emotional Learning Support Assistant where she focuses on the emotional wellbeing of children and also works with two profoundly deaf children, developing their emotions and speech and language.
Suzanne Fowler-Evans
Suzanne joined the I’m all ears team in July 2019 and after qualifying with a Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling is now working with us as an associate counsellor. She has extensive and in-depth experience in women's health and has a particular interest in pregnancy and the perinatal period. As well as a practicing integrative counsellor, Suzanne is available to support anyone struggling with all aspects of parenting, including conception, pregnancy, labour or birth trauma, early parenting, feeding your baby, and changing relationships.
David Billington
David is one of our trainee counsellors, he is currently studying for his diploma in therapeutic counselling. David has been working as a musician and teacher for many years and started taking listening skills courses to better help his students. This led to him discovering Person Centred Therapy and how powerful it can be to help and enable positive change in both himself and others.
Laura
West
Laura is qualified Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice (prof.dipsyc).
Laura a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN),with 17years experience naturally gravitated towards specialist roles including Macmillan Breast Cancer Specialist Practitioner providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. It was this role Laura’s passion for counselling and psychotherapy grew and therefore made the decision to focus to train as a professional counsellor.
Laura’s working with integrated models of therapy which includes a range of concepts including psychodynamic concepts as well as humanistic and person-centred approach. Her aim is to work with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Laura is a member of the National Counselling Society.
Laura values the importance of practicing and promoting self-care by exercising regularly and spending time with her family.
Natalie Crisp
Paul Norris
Natalie joined I’m All Ears in June 2021. She holds a NCFE level 2 certificate in Helping Skills and a NVQ level 3 in Promoting Independence. Natalie has achieved her level 3 Certificate in Counselling skills and will be starting on her Level 4 journey soon. In the meantime, Natalie has volunteerd at some of our fundraising events .
Her professional background is working with children in nurseries, schools and running her own childminding business. Working as a Youth Worker in the local Youth club and a support worker on a generic project with people from all walks of life.
Paul is currently studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling at Guildford College and is a student member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Paul has been a stay-at-home father for the last seven years and has more recently taken up volunteering roles providing both practical and emotional support to individuals and families within the local community.
Paul is a keen runner and also enjoys winter sports as a chance for the family to spend time together outdoors.
Sophie
Wilson
Sophie is one of our trainee counsellors, she is currently studying for her Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Person Centred focus).
After completing Level 2 Counselling Skills Sophie began working for a domestic abuse charity, supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Sophie has a particular interest and experience in supporting with moving on from domestic abuse, divorce and with issues relating to LGBTQ+.
In her spare time she enjoys yoga, meditation and dog walks.
Sophie is a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Claire Meyrick
Claire is a qualified level 4 Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, near the end of her final year of a level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice. Claire works in a pluralistic approach offering person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioural therapies as appropriate for clients and is a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Claire has been working with 12–24-year-olds since November 2023 with the Youth Counselling Service, working mainly in a person-centred approach with aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy, which she has found to be an incredibly enjoyable and valuable role. She continues her professional career in IT Service Management Software part-time alongside and her primary role as a Mum to two children!
Maddy
Annis-Wilkinson
Maddy is currently studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling with a focus on the person-centred approach.
With a background in education, Maddy began her career as a primary school teacher. Over the years, her interest in mental health and wellbeing has grown, leading her into more pastoral roles. She is now a member of the Family Liaison and Safeguarding Team at a local specialist SEND school, where she supports parents, carers, and young people.
Maddy is a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Tricia Slater
Tricia discovered her passion for the areas of mental health and wellbeing when she did her degree in Applied Psychology.

She has spent many years working in jobs where she has supported adults and young people with mental health issues and additional needs, as well as their carers.
​
Tricia has an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling, and she has a particular interest in working with Autism, as she has significant experience in this field. Tricia is a Mental Health First Aider and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
