Telephone counselling offers the same services as Face to Face counselling except that it is conducted over the phone.

Face to Face counselling is a confidential service where a client meets with a trained therapist in person, to discuss their concerns

Remote Counselling can be conducted through video conferencing like Zoom or via another remote app, which can be agreed upon with your counsellor.
