about us
I'm all ears has been providing an affordable, non-judgmental and confidential counselling service for adults, children and young people, since it's start in Haslemere during 2017. Since then, we have placed our dedicated counsellors in schools and youth hubs, offered a quick response to referrals from GP's, NHS, Social Prescribers, parents and individuals. Currently, our face to face , and remote counselling service covers the boroughs of Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. We pride ourselves in making the service affordable and offer further concessions for those that need it.

We appreciate that life can be tough sometimes and with the rising cost of living and long NHS waiting lists to gain support, we understand how overwhelming and hopeless your situation might feel.
Sophie
Wilson

Sophie is one of our trainee counsellors, she is currently studying for her Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Person Centred focus).
After completing Level 2 Counselling Skills Sophie began working for a domestic abuse charity, supporting victims and survivors of domestic abuse.
Sophie has a particular interest and experience in supporting with moving on from domestic abuse, divorce and with issues relating to LGBTQ+.
In her spare time she enjoys yoga, meditation and dog walks.
Sophie is a student member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Our soon to be qualified counsellors can work with you as part of their placement with Im all ears, offering the support you need when you need it.
Cathy
Wallace

Cathy is a student counsellor in her final year of a Level 4 postgraduate diploma in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling, and a youth counsellor for the NHS. Her approach is relational and often creative.
Cathy has completed extensive training in outdoor therapy and is a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
She works part-time in community development for a publicly-funded project helping people connect with the health and wellbeing benefits of woodlands.
That is why I'm all ears, a not for profit community company is here to offer you affordable talking therapy and counselling with a trainee counsellor on our placement scheme. Depending on your assessment, counselling can sometimes be provided free of charge.
Natalie Crisp

Natalie joined I’m All Ears in June 2021. She holds a NCFE level 2 certificate in Helping Skills and a NVQ level 3 in Promoting Independence. Natalie has just completed Level 1 in Counselling skills and has just started Level 2 in Counselling Skills at Farnborough College and plans to complete her Counselling qualifications in the next 4 years. Her professional background is working with children in nurseries, schools and her own childminding business, working as a Youth Worker in the local Youth club and as a support worker on a generic project working with people from all walks of life.
All of our trainee counsellors have regular Supervision as they complete their training towards either a level 4 or level 5 qualification.
